Booking Policy

We kindly request that all appointments are paid for within 24 hours of booking. We will send a payment link to your mobile/email. You may also pay via bank transfer if you prefer.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment please give contact us on 0151 709 5454 between 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, or email care@revodent.co.uk outside of opening hours.

Deposit paid is refundable as follows

  1. 75% refunded if cancelled with in 1 week of the appointment
  2. 50% refunded if cancelled with in 48 hours of appointment
  3. 25% refunded if cancelled with in 24 hours of appointment
  4. No refund if cancelled the same day or failure to turn up.
  5. Fixed charge of £10 will be deducted for any refunds towards administration cost on top of the cost deducted for time lost.
All refunds done via Cheque. Will require ID validation to receive the cheque
